Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers to the agency
  • Sending out thank you emails and welcome letters to new customers.
  • Audit all new business policies for compliance.
  • Reach out to customers regarding past due billing and collect payments. 
  • Miscellaneous operational tasks.
